This year the Annual General Meeting for Centre for Independent Living Kent was a low key affair.
With the uncertainty about funding and the future of CiLK in question we felt that it was better to have a ‘business only’ AGM this year.
Hannah Tutt was voted to remain as Chair with Jim Tatton remaining as her Deputy. Allen Jones stood down as Treasurer and we are very pleased that Cathy Finnis has stepped in to take over this role. Vicci Chittenden remains as Secretary. They are to be supported by the following trustees:
- Allen Jones
- Kay Shoebridge
- Phil Shoebridge
- Paul Burchett
- Chris Wise
- Tony Wright
- Sonia Mallion
We are clear that CiLK can survive for another year with the way things stand at the moment. Over the next 12 months we will be doing all that we can to secure funding for our longer term survival. The Annual Report can be found with this link: CILK Annual Report 2016-17
