CILK was established in 2002 to provide enabling and empowering services to disabled people across the county of Kent. CILK is an organisation run, controlled and managed by people with impairments and its target audience is primarily those who have expressed an interest in living independently and want to manage, monitor and pay directly for their own support and assistance ‘care’ requirements using direct payments.
